Return & Cancellation Policy – Ruvi Fashion 

At Ruvi Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or videos). The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

After approval, eligible returns will be processed as a replacement or store credit, as applicable. Ruvi Fashion reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
